2023 Romanian Circuit

출품을 했고 결과 통보를 받았다.

이 대회를 제외한 다른 국제 사진공모전은 각각 다른 나라에서 보통 3명이나 4명의 심사위원이 하게 되지만

서로 알든 알지 못하든 각기 자기 나라에서 따로 심사를 해서 본부로 보내게 된다.

331명의 세계의 사진작가들이 57개국에서 3651점이라는 많은 작품을 응모했는데

다행히 세 분야의 section이 다 내가 좋아하는 분야들이라 시도해 볼 가치가 있다고 생각했다

셰계적으로 유명한 사진작가로 구성된 심사위원들이 12명이 아래와 같이

• FIAP …………. Fédération Internationale de l’Art Photographique
• AAFR ………..  Romanian Association of Photographic Artists
• Varadinum… Varadinum Photo Club

 세 곳의 큰 단체가 주체가 되고 각각 다른 나라에서 심사를 했다.

그것들을 모아서 그 결과를 집계하는 복잡하고도 독특한 심사방법을 체택한 것이다.

이것은 국내 전국 공모전 방식과는 다르다고 보겠다.

우리도 비록 작은 한 나라 안에서 열리는 것일지라도

심사위원 주최측 사람들이 함께 있는 곳에 심사위원으로 연락받은 5명이  함께 모여서 하지말고

각자가 자신의  위치에서  파일들을 비공개로 심사해서 결과를 주최측에 보내먄

비대면으로 그것들을 합산해서 순위를 내는 것이 타당하지 않겠는가 하는 생각을 해본다.

The 5th Romanian Grand Circuit 2023, Winter Edition consist in 4 competitions
- Wallachia Salon, Moldavia Salon, Transylvania Salon and Varadinum Salon - and 3 Themes.

The 4th Romanian Grand Circuit 2023, Winter Edition is open to anyone; however, an entry may be rejected when the sponsoring organization, or its agent, in its reasonable discretion, believes the entry does not conform to exhibition rules and conditions. Entries must originate as photographs (image-captures of objects via light sensitivity) made by the entrant on photographic emulsion or acquired digitally. By virtue of submitting an entry, the entrant certifies the work as his own (aliases are not permitted). The entrant permits the sponsors to reproduce all or part of the entered material free of charge for publication and/or display in media related to the exhibition. This may include low resolution posting on a website. The exhibition assumes no liability for any misuse of copyright. An entry may be rejected when the sponsoring organization or its agent, in its reasonable discretion, believes the entry does not conform to exhibition rules and conditions. All acceptances will count for FIAP distinctions.
